The Worship Team is dedicated to ministering to God and leading the congregation in enthusiastically lifting their voices in the meaningful singing and speaking of praises about God and to God until they sense being led by the Holy Spirit, to draw nearer to the Presence of God and communing with Him, in worship, love for who He is and for the things He has done for all of us, with their whole hearts and minds focused upon Jesus Christ.

1 Chronicles 16:29
ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name. Bring an offering and come before him; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.
Strategy
 
Using the model provided in 1 Chronicles 16:1-36 and the Psalms (as well as the Bible in general) through prayer and waiting on the Lord, and consultation with the Elders and Congregation. One way the goal of this ministry is effectively achieved is through worship which; Exhorts the people, Begins the meeting with thanksgiving, Moves on into praise, and Flows on into worship (heartfelt adoration of our Lord).

   Our Worship Team is sensitive to the congregation and to the Holy Spirit in reference to His timing for the movement of the people into true, spiritual, and deep worship of God for who He is. Pauses in appropriate places (i.e. after a song selection, prayer or scriptural reading, etc.) as well as musical interludes with the instruments only, will permit time for God to minister to and speak to the needs of His people through the spiritual gifts in the church which the Holy Spirit desires to employ.
